Holidays on The House

During Winter Break 2023 The House offered specialized support for students staying on campus. Here are some of the responses from students.

• I think some of us really need this kind of support and am so glad we have one. It brings people together and we get to create this wonderful community and a home away from home.

• This was one of the best holidays that I’ve experienced having been here for three years.

• The program made my time on campus 100x better than I expected it to be. I highly recommend for this program to continue in future breaks!

• I enjoyed entering into town each day, seeing people at the coffee shop and in the restaurants at night. This expanded my experience of Middlebury.

• Holidays on the House and its events were spaces filled with love and care.

• The program helped create a sense of community with students staying on campus, ensured that we were well fed (and not just with noodles, but with good food), and helped make these holidays on campus as great as they can be!
